"Zwischenstop in Fiorenzuola. Im ersten Moment gedacht, es handele sich um eine Werkstatt, auch wegen dem Namen. Innen schön eingerichtet. Snackbar mit einer kleinen feinen Speisekarte. Die Speisen bestanden aus einer Vorspeise, die wir uns zu 3 geteilt haben und die weiteren auf den Fotos ersichtlichen Nudelgerichte. In einem Fall handelte es sich um Tagliatelle mit funghi porcini und vergleichbar mit Käse-Spinat gefüllten Tortellini in einer Salbei-Olivenöl-Sauce. Als Dessert wurde noch ein Tiramisu und ein caffe corretto genommen. Die Servicekräfte waren sympathisch und nett."

"Accoglienza Romagnola. Trattoria quasi piena. Ravioli più che squisiti. Un piatto da chef. Affettati e piadina meravigliosa. L'ambiente cordiale. Per scambiare l'olio al peperoncino iniziamo un dialogo con il tavolo accanto. Educati gentili e simpatici. Un momento piacevole e gratificante."

"Officina di Carla, ovvero Officina del gusto e dei sapori gastronomici che meritano una sosta. Che sia per un pranzo, una cena, un aperitivo o un caffè, ospitalità e cordialità non mancano e qualcosa per stuzzicare i palati nemmeno. Merita una tappa; comodo anche per chi transita in autostrada sulla A1, si trova a 200 metri dal casello di Fiorenzuola . Interessante anche il format con cui è stata arredata l'officina, che comprende terrazzo, ristorante, bar e angolo gastronomico. Bravi"
